Introducing ManageMy's new Ai workflow Copilot

That belief came to life at ITC Vegas 2025, where we premiered our new Ai Workflow Copilot — part of *Next XPerience, our lab for exploring innovative technologies and testing their impact for carriers. 

Even the smallest changes in legacy environments can ripple across rule sets, data dependencies, and version controls — triggering handoffs, rework, and weeks of delay. The Ai Workflow Copilot removes that complexity. It lets carriers make updates safely and instantly, cutting build time by up to 80% and turning what used to take weeks into same-day updates.

How It Works 

Here’s how it delivers that speed and simplicity. 

The Ai Workflow Copilot is a new capability that helps carriers design, update, and build workflows with natural language. It lives inside XPerience Studio, the no-code command center of the ManageMy platform. 

Users interact through a chat interface with two main functions: 

  • Ask → ask the model to instantly generate documentation, validate flows, or answer configuration questions. 
  • Build → describe a workflow in plain language, and the tool creates or updates it automatically (the Ai generates the JSON and displays it in context for review). 

Behind the scenes, the tool runs on a private Ai model built specifically on ManageMy’s workflow schema and documentation. Because it doesn’t pull from the open internet, the results are secure, consistent, and aligned to the needs of carriers.

Every action is auditable. Users must review and approve each proposed change before it’s applied, and all interactions are saved to the chat history for traceability. 

The Ai Workflow Copilot automatically syncs the latest version of each workflow before making changes, validates logic against best practices, and can generate visual artifacts — like workflow diagrams or journey maps — on request. 

Whether it’s building a new claims flow, adjusting a quoting step, or creating reusable templates for API connections, it all happens here.
